How to be June Cleaver

As a cloth diapering mamma, you hear about sheepskins being wonderful for baby.  It sounded a little crazy to me.  But I really wanted one for my son. That was because I wanted to own everything cloth diaper related with him.  We never purchased one.

Enter baby number 2 and I decided to ask for a sheepskin for her.  Let me tell you it has been a life saver with her. My daughter’s sheepskin came from this company’s website. Sheepskin Website

Why sheepskin?  For me, the first time you touch sheepskin you wish you could afford one large enough for your own bed.  It is soo soft.

For the baby, the sheepskin can help your little one stay warm in the winter and cool in the summer.  Not only does it keep ELT comfortable, it is a comfort to her.  ELT is now (almost) 10 months old and her sheepskin is like a blankie to many children.  We recently took a trip to grandmom’s house and I packed the sheepskin in the suitcase.  As soon as I pulled it out ELT crawled over to it laid down and hung out.  I did not realize how attached she has become to it.

A sheepskin is not for everyone because they are pretty costly but if you have everything you need for your second child and want to splurge on an item your child with use for a few years.  A sheepskin is a great product.
